Shipping & Returns

Keep Smiling Beach Gear and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed. Individual products may have additional shipping restrictions. However, in no way does the absence of a specific shipping policy by a supplier imply that the supplier offers any of the above mentioned services.


You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased. You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned for any non-supplier caused. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.

Generally, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, under certain circumstances, orders can be canceled and/or modified. If the customer contacts Keep Smiling Beach Gear using the online form as soon as possible with a change request, it may be occasionally possible to amend the order.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! All new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original box/packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories. Please submit a request for approval before returning your item, through our contact form.

All returns will be for a refund. Exchanges must be placed as a new order. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable for non-defective returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns. A return label will be provided if determined damaged/defective/mis-shipped. Additional details, photos, etc. may be requested.
